Mohamed Salah :I'm confident that I'll play in Russia


Mohamed Salah finally broke the silence by pleading to his fans after been roughly challenged by the Los Blancos captain



Mohamed Salah says he is "confident" he will be fully fit for this summer’s World Cup with Egypt after getting injured in Liverpool's Champions League final defeat against the Los Blancos


The 25-year-old was walked out with a suspected dislocated shoulder in the first half of uefa champions league final against Real madrid, with initial fears he may miss the tournament in Russia next month.


Mohamed Salah was entangled with an unpleasant challenge from the Los Blancos captain "Sergio Ramos" which resulted to a suspected dislocated shoulder took to twitter to uplift the hope of his country mates


"It was a very tough night, but I'm a fighter," he said. "Despite the odds, I'm confident that I'll be in Russia to make you all proud. Your love and support will give me the strength I need."



The Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp believe Salah's departure from the game had a great impact it, including  couple of crucial mistakes from Reds goalkeeper Loris Karius and a screamer goal from Real substitute Gareth Bale ensuring a 3-1 victory for the Spanish side.


Klopp said: "It's a really serious injury, which is even worse. And the shock of the boys was obvious," a beleaguered Klopp said at full-time.




Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says the injury to Mohamed Salah in the Champions League Final had an effect on the game.

"Of course it was a big moment in the game. I know if you say something like that after a game you lost, it sounds like you are a bit of a bad loser.


"But, for me, it was a harsh challenge - the arm was there. It was like wrestling a bit. And then Mo was a little bit unlucky falling on his shoulder.


"I think he is in the hospital for an X-ray. It's either the collarbone or the shoulder itself. But it's really not good
